December Happenings-San Antonio

The Sunday after the wedding Spencer and I headed to San Antonio after church. Actually we didn't leave until after 8p.m. that night and made it there around midnight. We stayed at the Marriott our first night there and then Monday morning we picked up and left for our MUCH cooler room at the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk. : ) Little did I know that Spencer had got some sweet deal (he's good at this kind of stuff) and we had our own Suite for a day! : )

Here's our bedroom. If you open those curtains they look out into the hotel. When Amy and Nick and my parents got there we looked out and could see them in their rooms. Pretty cool.

Here's what it looks like. You can see the elevators and other rooms.
Bed #1:

Bathroom #1:

Then you leave our bedroom and enter the next room. This room has another bathroom, a dining table, another tv and a stereo system, and a wet bar.

The windows to the left covered the entire room. If you looked out you would see the Riverwalk.

Here's Spencer checking everything out when we first got there:

Our second closet with another ironing board and iron.

What's in here??

What is that!??!?!?!

haha...How did he change positions??

There we go...that's better ; )

No big deal, it's just BED #2!! : )

haha...we tried folding Spence up like they do in the movie. It didn't work too well. I think we might have busted this myth! ; )

My handsome boy. Just hanging out, waiting for the family to arrive.

Then we went out when they got there.

Of course we went to visit the Alamo!

After walking around the Riverwalk we went back to the hotel and got ready for dinner. I took this picture from the windows in our room.

All of the lights were so pretty!!

After dinner we all put on our pajamas and everybody met in our room for games and tv. It was super fun night! Unfortunately, we had to get to bed at a decent time because Spencer and I had to leave early in the morning so Spencer could make it back for his work lunch where giving everyone their bonuses. = ) I love my hard working man!  It was such a fun trip, we just wish it would have lasted longer!! No worries, we have a lifetime of vacations to return to San Antonio! : )
